Like-for-Like Replacements: Replacing damaged or outdated accessories, appliances, and extractors on existing cabling.

Outdoor & Outbuilding Repairs: Replacing external light fittings, waterproof switches, and sockets on existing supplies.
All minor works are tested, inspected, and issued with an official Minor Electrical Installation Works Certificate (MEIWC) where required.
Pricing & Rates
- Standard Call-Out Fee: £100.00 (covers travel and up to the first 60 minutes of labor/diagnosis on site).

Standard Hourly Rate: £70.00 / hour (charged in 30-minute increments after the first hour, plus materials).

Jobs Estimated Over 6 Hours: Require a £126.00 upfront deposit (30% of the 6-hour base labour rate) prior to start.
